Service Description
Booking is for a 3 Hour, on-location provision of one Mirror X photo booth. Confirmation of your booking is pending: 1. Availability: Your Event's Date and Time 2. Receipt of your 50% deposit payment, totaling $525.00 3. Receipt of 100% payment in full, totaling $1050.00. 4. Please contact Eastex Photo with questions. Cancellation Policy
Client agrees to pay Service Fees even if the Client chooses to cancel the order. Client may cancel the order by giving notice to Eastex Photo no later than 30 days prior to scheduled on-location event date. Cancelations less than 30 days prior to scheduled on-location event date will result in the Client’s loss of their non-refundable retainer as well as any balances paid to date. Therefore, any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received. Cancellations made prior to 30 days will forfeit their retainer and any payment received. Eastex Photo reserves the right to reject or cancel any rental order/Client at any time, for any reason, at its discretion. Any monies paid will be refunded and Client may not, at any time afterward, sue for damages. Funds will be refunded by check or credit card within 7 business days of cancellation. Any request for a date change, location change, and/or time change must be made in writing thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited, and the event considered cancelled. Any cancellation occurring less than thirty days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments
